These Bimetal thermometers comprise bimetallic strips into coiled spirals that expand with temperature, turning a needle to indicate process temperature. By coiling a very long strip it becomes much more sensitive to small temperature changes. The TEC Bimetal thermometers come with a 3″ or 5″ dial face; stainless steel body and 1/4″ dia stem; 1/2″ NPT fixed thread connection, reset adjustment screw and safety glass.
